The travel steamer is brand new. The only icon that partially lights up is the dry icon. It’s been plugged in for 5 min. Way more than the 15 sec. claimed heat up interval. We want a full refund.
I love this steamer! I’ve tried a few other brands, and this is by far the best and most useful travel steamer/iron combination. It heats up almost immediately, steams and irons clothing perfectly, and then also cools down pretty quickly. Plus, I only needed to fill the tank with water once for all my needs. I may never use my actual iron again. Love this purchase!
The steamer was perfect to take on a trip to Europe. I was able to steam the wrinkles out of a dress shirt quickly and easily. The dual voltage is a plus. All I needed was the adapter for the U.S. plug to fit into the wall.
I purchased this specifically for my vacation, but I won't hesitate to use this at home to touch up linen garments instead of getting out the iron.

I've only used the steamer once, but it is very hot, so I can see that I should probably wear 2 protective gloves to keep from burning myself. I am not experienced with using a steamer, so I'm sure my clothes will come out better the more I use it.

Excellent heat and steam that refreshed the body and drape of 100% flax linen cloth and produced flat seams. Allow sufficient time for appliance to cool down if in an hurry. Take care removing and refilling water attachment on extended use to eliminate burn risk.Not disappointed.
This steamer works very well but I reduced 1 star because I do not consider this a travel steamer. While it is fairly compact, it is still pretty heavy. In its attempt to be compact it has a fairly small water reservoir. I use it at home and am happy with it.
REALLY happy with this little travel steamer and find myself using it all the time around the house. Just be careful with the plate as it gets really hot and takes a long time to cool down
This one has very good steam output & works better than others I have had. This one was more expensive but I think you get what you pay for in these hand held steamers. Only 2 negatives & one is the weight as it is a bit heavy. The other was the slide button on water tank doesn't slide very easily.
This is the perfect little travel size steamer. It does a great job getting the job done and is not too much to lug around. I took it to my bridal shower to iron table clothes and then brought it back home for my dress. It was no hassle to go back and forth and it did just as good a job as a regular size steamer. It does require a lot more filling up but to me it was no bother and I expected that. I highly suggest this product and will be getting another for my wedding day.
So far, I absolutely LOVE this portable steamer. It’s not heavy, doesn’t drip water and heats up incredibly fast! The water container in a bit small - but this is amazing for one or two items in the morning! Best purchase ever and totally worth the money.
Steamer works very well. The size is nice to pack. It heats up quickly and removes wrinkles well. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the water tank doesn’t hold much. I tried to iron 4 shirts yesterday and had to refill it twice. I wish there was as a “daily use” size of the wand versus the travel size.

I have used many different steamers & irons over the years, and most perform average at best. BUT THIS ONE?!?! Amazing!! It took out wrinkles in my clothes in one pass! The water capacity is decent & it didn’t use an excessive amount while steaming my items. It’s got a little weight to it, but to me that aides in the smooth ironing/steaming process. It easy to grip and comfortable to manage & glides smoothly along various materials. This definitely worth the purchase for travel or quick touchups at home. Oh…and it heats up super fast!
My product stopped working after a couple years (loved it til then) so I reached out to the "support" email on the product itself, and they were super responsive. They shipped me a replacement for free which arrived the very next day. Great customer service!
